Eh, I find that the two states mostly look pretty similar, but YMMV.


Oregon has much better beaches, has painted hills, many great rivers, Sand Dunes.

I guess if you hate being around people, sure.

If you wanna be in a place where you do activities with people ,you stay in the Portland metro or Seattle metro areas . Also I think Portland is better for that then Seattle.


You go to eastern Oregon to see the beauty of the area , not to do be around a lot of people .
