Really disappointed in Rand, if he's voting no then I doubt any Republican will vote yes.

Proof that the hawkish Democrat is alive and well.

Let's hope than Obama spends 2016 supporting primary opponents to some of these.

I support the deal*, but that would be in bad taste for a sitting President.

*It's the best we'll get.  If I were President I would ask for the release of the preachers in prison in exchange for leaving Iran alone.

I'm thinking that Walter Jones and Thomas Massie will vote yes.

I'm thinking that Walter Jones and Thomas Massie will vote yes.

That would be nice.

I'm actually hoping this doesn't go to the House because Jones is facing a well-funded primary challenger and if he has to vote on this that wouldn't help him survive the challenge.  Massie should be safe no matter what he decides though.

If the Iran deal hadn't received such media attention and Fox News hadn't engaged in what I'd call fearmongering, I believe that Rand Paul, Jeff Flake, Walter Jones, Justin Amash, Thomas Massie, and other Republicans would wholeheartedly support it.

LOL, another libertarian hero who proves to be a bitch of the neo-cons.

He probably just doesn't want a massively funded primary challenger.

Does this mean it doesn't go to the House?  If it doesn't that means that Representatives like Walter Jones probably won't have to worry about a primary challenger making this a central issue against him.

Thomas Massie's district is actually the northernmost one in Kentucky.
