Pros
-It gives her a chance to define herself.
-She can practice for the general debate and inevitable hecklers.
-It reduces the image that she's arrogant about her success.

Cons
-She will be the main source of attacks by other candidates.
-Her Iraq vote will almost certainly be mentioned again.
-It could boost her opponents recognition.
Plus, if she backs out she could face an important backlash.
