OK. We have two senate seats in the bag. This is the first time Tester has hit 50%. Montana is going blue..republicans are worried about this in the future because the west doesnt have the same values as the south. the west cares about freedom, indepedence and self-reliance. the west hates big government. the dems have a massive opportunity. montana is the first to turn..next wyoming?

Well after Tester took Burns apart in the debate, combined with his downhome personality and Burns' entanglements with Abramoff, this is just what I expected.

The race is far from over, but I think it's a good bet to predict that there will be two Democratic Senate seats in Montana after November.

This is outstanding news! I'm particularly pleased since the three previous generations in my family were from MT.

Being ahead 7 points does not make a seat in the bag.  With that attitude, Democrats may lose several seats.

This is very encouraging.

Jon Tester is an awesome candidate, and I have supported him from the start.

Unless MissCatholic heads up the DSCC, I don't think her optimism will negatively impact the races. Wink

Well, yes, yes, but I mean it's foolish to ignore races once the Dems start to lead.  It happens.
