It's pretty obvious Romney got owned by Obama tonight on it. Even though Hillary took full responsibility for the security there, Obama declined to use her as a scapegoat; he didn't mention her and instead took responsibility himself. Romney kept repeating the lie that Obama didn't call it terrorism for 14 days. Here's what Obama said the next day.

"no acts of terror will ever shake the resolve of this great nation, alter that character or eclipse the light of the values that we stand for." - Obama on Sept. 12th.

Yes, he is. The next debate will have a different format and Romney will be able to elaborate on the main issue: cover-up.
