If the objectives were clearly laid out and a goal was set, would you consider donating to a fundraising effort for Atlas forum?  This would be 100% voluntary and donations could be in any amount.

Please comment below.  I opened this poll because I wanted to see how this might be received over a "subscription service" model.

Paying not to have a mobile version? Are you 80 years old?

The forum already has a mobile version,  the old WAP2 standard for a simplified site that could be used over an old 2G phone connection.

Not having a mobile version is actually a detriment to the forum with search engines. I don't know about Bing, but Google prioritizes sites with mobile versions for searches done by users on mobile phones. Of course, I know some people might argue that increasing traffic isn't necessarily a good thing for an already-active forum, but that's another discussion entirely. Not to mention that Atlas is harder to browse on a phone with the desktop version, and the WAP2 pages suck.

Edit: FWIW It's possible to have a mobile version without forcing it on users. It could be done like reddit where you can toggle whether mobile version is enabled in your account settings.

No, just a hypocrite. I am posting this comment from my phone, but I don't want it to be easy for other users to do the same, for what I assume are obvious reasons.
That is a remarkably GOP welfare take, Averroes
