Right, due to the amendment debate is extended automatically, but I will be calling for debate to be extended  after that as it is an important matter to discuss.

Personally, I'm in favor of privatization in this context, it makes sense to try and revitalize an area which has probably suffered greatly on the past few years (partly because we've seen everything from military coups to terrorist insurgency to Jihadists, and I don't even want to reflect on the state of damage of public infrastructure across our region). That said, I share the concerns of Councilior 1184AZ in terms of the Commission being too powerful, I think the final decision should rest with the Governor anyway.

But I disgress.
