I find it incredibly sexist that women cannot be included. Shame on you, dip!

I wrote that language and didn't intend for it to be strictly implemented in the way you're suggesting.
Fine, I'll make a deal. We alternate starting with my first bill, then your first, then my second, etc.

It's your legislation, Mr. Cuber. You insisted that I pull up the injunction and allow the bill to pass. I have done exactly what you asked for.

If you wish to amend the bill to reflect your wishes, you'll get a shot at that in the opening of the new session.

As I've kept saying, you had no injunction order. I merely asked for you to stop insisting you had one.

But you know what, fine. I'm tired of f**king arguing with you. Have it f**king your way.

1: Electoral System Clarification Act (JustinTimeCuber)
2: Act to revise Bill 2's 'revision to the rules of the chamber of delegates' (Ben Kenobi)
3: Clean Energy Bill (Ben Kenobi, fhtagn)
4: Daylight Savings Time Abolition Act (Ben Kenobi)
5: Prohibtion with Companies that Boycott Israel (Ben Kenobi)
6: Establishment of Southern Regional Medical Center (Ben Kenobi)
7: Southern Defense Act (Ben Kenobi)
8: Promotion of Southern Culture in Literature Act (Ben Kenobi)
9: Southern Reinvestment, Redevelopment, and Conservation Act of 2017 (Ben Kenobi)
10: Southern Families Act (Ben Kenobi)
11: Beards are our friends (Ben Kenobi)

12. Transgender Rights Act (JustinTimeCuber)
13. Income Inequality Reduction Act (JustinTimeCuber)
14. Amendment to Article IV, Sections 1-3 of the Southern Constitution (JustinTimeCuber)
15. Minimum Wage Commission Act (JustinTimeCuber)
16. Euthanasia Ban Repeal Act (JustinTimeCuber)

S1 is ESCA because Peebs initially certified the election results before that, and Ben's injunction was just an application, as he admitted himself:
I am hereby revoking my application for an injunction against bill 2 of the Southern delegates.

Hey I thought I was some liberal hack who would never admit a conservative is right about something. Eh? Okay, usually, but I put my attention to the letter of the rules before my political hackery, unlike some of my fellow Atlasians who would prefer to use such attention to detail only when it is convenient.
And to be SUPER clear, I am gonna say this again, I am pre-filing S12-S16 as labeled above.

Therefore

This is how you prefile legislation Cuber. Individually.

Therefore

1: Act to revise Bill 2's 'revision to the rules of the chamber of delegates' (Ben Kenobi)
2: Clean Energy Bill (Ben Kenobi, fhtagn)
3: Daylight Savings Time Abolition Act (Ben Kenobi)

My election was certified before I filed the ESCA. "Upon the certification...", well, I was certified.
This is how you prefile legislation Cuber. Individually.
According to whom? To you? What rule says that?
Here's the real queue for all interested parties.

1: Electoral System Clarification Act (JustinTimeCuber)
2: Act to revise Bill 2's 'revision to the rules of the chamber of delegates' (Ben Kenobi)
3: Clean Energy Bill (Ben Kenobi, fhtagn)
4: Daylight Savings Time Abolition Act (Ben Kenobi)

16. Euthanasia Ban Repeal Act (JustinTimeCuber)

17. Southern Remembrance Act (Ben Kenobi)
18. The Booth Day Act (Ben Kenobi)

Please, to my fellow Laborites, we can't let a minority Delegate brainwash us into the FAKE NEWS (sad!) of Ben's special safe space queue.

Ben shouldn't complain when 10 out of the first 11 items on the queue were sponsored by him.

I might just help out the next Speaker by maintaining a fair and accurate queue. I don't know, it depends on whether the Honorable Delegate from the Great State of Texas is willing to proceed fairly, in which case it would be unnecessary.

Actually, no you were not.

Until the results were correctly certified, nobody was actually certified. That's how election certifications work.

Ergo, you, nor anyone could prefile legislation under bill 2 until the election results were correctly certified. You jumped the gun Mr. Cuber and your haste cost you.

All legislation since forever is posted individually as separate bills as you already did earlier up in the thread.

I believe I warned you not to do this a month ago. I specifically criticized eliminating carrying over bills from a previous session.

Who's to decide what "correctly certified" means? It's not my duty to check each ballot and the math of the Election Secretary. I was certified, then that certification was changed.

Are you suggesting that someone through an error, was declared to be elected when they weren't actually elected be considered a delegate-elect?

That makes no sense to me. Therefore, certification would be the correct and not the incorrect certification. Which means that your bill is introduced, and not pre-filed, as Peebs correct election certification occurred after your bill was filed.

Your rules, Mr. Cuber. This has never been significant before, but that is what Bill 2 does.

Also, please consider the evidence. You posted legislation last night that you declared 'pre filed' long before the election was certified.

You were clearly unaware of your own rules were before I told you. It's plain as day.

Legislative continuity is an important feature. Anyways, the queue is as I stated it was, by your rules in Bill 2.

Unless you're planning to amend things later, that is the rules of the game.

yes, I believe for CoD purposes he/she would be a Delegate-elect, but not anymore.

Legislative continuity is an important feature. Anyways, the queue is as I stated it was, by your rules in Bill 2. No it isn't. S1 was properly filed, after my certification as Delegate. Then, you're completely leaving off the bills I re-filed after that.

Unless you're planning to amend things later, that is the rules of the game.

1. The delegates shouldn't have to judge what's a "correct" certification and what isn't. If a certification is changed, legislation prior to the change shouldn't just drop.
2. There is no rule saying that I have to file the full language of legislation if it isn't already in the thread.

The delegates aren't the ones deciding. Peebs is. Peebs made a mistake and that mistake was rectified. The official certification came in at 12.27 atlas time, after you had submitted your bill.

Ergo, you jumped the gun. Tough luck. Read your bill more carefully next time.

You never actually refiled them. You sorta waved your hand around and said they were 'refiled', without actually submitting the bills.
