This week's jewels from Democratic frontrunner Hillary Clinton:

  • "Libya was a different kind of calculation and we didn't lose a single person. We didn’t have a problem in supporting our European and Arab allies in working with NATO."
  • "When before nobody would talk about it [HIV-AIDS], nobody wanted to do anything about it, and that too is something that I really appreciate with her very effective, low-key advocacy, but it penetrated the public conscious, and people began to say, 'Hey, we have to do something about this, too.'"
  • "We're going to put a lot of coal companies and coal miners out of business."

Is she losing it? Has media coverage been fair? Thoughts?

What's wrong with the first one? It's completely true. The Libya intervention is a model of success.

You might want to check with Ambassador Stevens, Sean Smith, Tyrone Woods, or Glen Doherty on whether or not Hillary's comment was "completely true".
