It's a tough call, but would be an interesting statistic to follow, just in the off chance we can see a trend forming.  But with all that aside, anything can happen in November, which would toss the trend right out the window.  

However, it does seem to indicate a positive sign for Bush at the time being.  I would like to see it open more before September rolls around.

hahaha . . . in a way it does.  Smiley  I just like the fact that Bush is sitting there, scowling at the UN while it is Powell having to wear the translators headphones to understand what is being said.  But the scowl says it all.  "I'm pissed."
