Aye.  She has done nothing to say that she would inappropriate as a judge.  Her personality should not be a factor.

Exactly.  Regardless of how I view you personally, I know that you'll be a competent and able judge.  People like virginian87 and dave 'hawk' are being "legislative activists" and not looking at the facts.
