I have so many nasty things I'd like to say, but I don't want to get myself muted three days before Election Day.  

I'm having a hard time just following Trump's logic here. Why would doctors supposedly get more money if one of their patients die?

He's garbling a common far right conspiracy theory which is that doctors are lying about the number of COVID cases because they get more funding that way.
