1. Truman
2. Kennedy
3. Johnson
4. Carter

5. Eisenhower
6. Ford
7. Clinton
8. Obama

9. Bush
10. Nixon
11. Reagan
12. Bush Jr

No one in this current era is going to top Ford, as long as Reaganomics is the king and the Tea Party obstruct those who think otherwise. You cannot do that great of job with a system of trickle-down and corporate welfare...and with the scale being Third-Way vs Far-right.

Did u know Truman was on of the most progressive presidents ever

On domestic affairs, sure. But his foreign policy record, with the exception of the Berlin airlift, was quite horrible, and he started the precedent of unconstitutional "police actions" in foreign nations.

I think it's laughable to decide which set of foreign policy views is "progressive."

Then I hope you felt better after a nice laugh.

Lydon Johnson's forign policy was far worse then Truman

Not really much difference between the two, actually. I mean, a pointless war is a pointless war.

Truman was far less eager than LBJ, and most of his other policies were decent enough. He could do something right.

LBJ literally screwed up everything on foreign policy or got screwed (Nixon campaign with South Vietnam in '68 is the one thing)
