Just voted for Hillary and straight D down ballot. Voted no on mandatory retirements for judges at age 75 (who puts crap like that on the ballot? That's blatant ageism. There's probably lots of judges over 75 sharper than those aged 65).

I'm going to go out on a limb here and suggest that you may have missed the point.  The current retirement age is 70.  It is mandatory that they retire "...at the end of the calendar year during which they reach their 70th birthday."  This referendum seeks to raise the mandatory retirement age to 75.  If you feel that mandatory retirement age represents unfair ageism, and if you think that they can be effective beyond 70, then you might want to vote Yes on that question.


LOL. I guess that's what being uniformed about your ballot gets you.
