The BBC exit poll numbers would give CON+LD+DUP a smaller majority than the Tories in 1992, wouldn't it?  Yeah, good luck holding on to that.

... Miliband?  Yeah, no.  You know he's living in New York these days?

Why is Thanet South so slow to declare?  Did they hire a bunch of lazy immigrants to count the votes or something?

I don't know much about Ian Murray, but the fact that he held on against the tide has to be a plus....

It's no coincidence that the three seats that withstood the wave were some of the strongest 'No' areas last year.

Why is PC's support so unevenly distributed?

Oh, and why did Westmoreland & Lonsdale remain so heavily LD when it was a Tory seat until only ten years ago?  Is Farron just that popular?

Didn't the Irish Parliamentary Party of old once return a member from a Liverpool constituency?

Yes, T.P O'Connor was Irish nationalist MP from 1885 to 1929 for Liverpool Scotland.

I just Wiki'd it for myself, but "Liverpool Scotland" is already confusing enough without having had an Irish MP for four decades as well.
