Unlike Wolf Blitzer, I am ready to make a few predictions:

Cruz will lose some votes in SLC, but he still seems on track for a UT win, with 45-55% (based on these samples). Trump will be lucky to break 10%.

why are utah dem votes being couted so much faster. at almost 20%

Probably because they're urban

They might have stopped counting in places in Maricopa because of that reason though, or not ever have started yet.

Plus, who cares?

We already know that Trump won all AZ delegates.

Still nothing in the AP results from Utah County (Provo) or the ski-resorty Summit County (Park City).  It will be interesting to see if Trump's ski resort county win streak can continue in Summit.

Yep Park City of is the only majority UT non-Mormon city (SLC is 50:50).

B.) Kasich 2nd place
C.) Trump 2nd place
D.) Cruz under 50%
