What portion of Colo Springs is that - the article says that the previous incumbent was a Republican, but did they just send a demon-possessed person to the State House, or did they just deliver the seat to the Dems?

5% of the Republican primary electorate voted for this nut.

It gets worse. Timothy Ray Murray was the Democratic general election candidate in this district in 2012, when he got 20%.
