My school used to serve them at sporting events, and did so during the period that I worked for athletics. If you were lucky, you could steal pieces after concessions closed up shop, but they usually had first pick. Point being, I have been intimately aware of their quality and, while sober, it is garbage.
Well I have had papa johns pizza on multiple occasions and found it quite good. Looks like we have different definitions of what bad pizza is.

What do you think of Chef Boyardee Pizza in a Box?
