I would have prefered a change back to the pre-Michael Foot logo (the knife, fork and spoon) but this isn't so bad really. There are at least hints of a red flag under the rose Grin

Any particular reason the labour site is in Purple? including a purple version of the logo?

That's the page for the leadership election. The main site is in red, but they don't seem to have finished it yet.

I've just visited the Labour party website and it looks like now we've changed our colours as well as our logo - since when were we the purple party???

That's just the leadership section of the site (you get sent there instead of the home page at the moment). Main site is here: http://www.labour.org.uk/home and is in red.
