Germany Census 2011: Not controversial anymore

Not all that many wholly undocumented people here. Almost certainly fewer than the number of falsely registered foreigners who actually aren't here.
Of course, literally millions of Germans are registered in places where they don't actually live, but that's something else entirely. Anyways their parents will just list them on the Census just as they do on everything else.
