I think that this'll do a little more thinking than the Presidents one... I'll start from 1952 and go on to 2012...

Democratic nominees:

1952: Adlai Stevenson II

Next: Really? Him again?

Next-to-Next: Who? Another Kennedy? Now if you meant Joe that's understandable, but who?

Next-to-next-to-next: Senate Minority Leader, okay...

1956: Adlai Stevenson II

Next: Alright, so now that he's a Senator its a little more realistic, but JFK? Right....

Next-to-next: Senate Majority Leader! Cool! Smiley

Next-to-next-to-next: A former Mayor of Minneapolis... Really?

1960: John F. Kennedy

Next: His VP? He really wanted the Dem nomination, so its likely...

Next-to-next: Senate Majority Whip... Hmmm.... Okay...

Next-to-next-to-next: A junior representative of South Dakota? Right, Right... Oh wait OH SNA-

1964: Lyndon B. Johnson

Next: This guy's VP... Hmm are we expecting an assassination?

Next-to-next: A Senator! Okay... Now I'm tracking...

Next-to-next-to-next: Jimmy WHO? Did you make that up?! And he's a WHAT? STATE SENATOR?!

1968: Hubert H. Humphrey

Next: He's still Senator? Okay...

Next-to-next: Now he's a former State Senator... I'm starting to not believe you on this one...

Next-to-next-to-next: A Junior Senator from Minnesota...

1972: George McGovern

Next: A mid-term Governor of Georgia... We'll at least you're sticking to this one...

Next-to-next: still Senator of Minnesota... Like this nominee...

Next-to-next-to-next: A representative of Massachusetts... 'hope he's like JFK...

1976: Jimmy Carter

Next: Him again... Okay...

Next-to-next: The VP... Okay...

Next-to-next-to-next:  The newly elected Governor of Massachusetts... Nice! Smiley

1980: Jimmy Carter

Next: So we're looking at a VP after a two term'er? Nice! Smiley

Next-to-next: He just got booted... Sad But definitely dream on! Smiley

Next-to-next-to-next: An Arkansas attorney general... He's young and a rising star, but there's many rising stars these days...

1984: Walter Mondale

Next: Governor of Massachusetts again! Nice!

Next-to-next: another Governor?  There's a lot of Governors FYI...

Next-to-next-to-next: A Tennessean? Sweet!

1988: Michael Dukakis

Next: Wow, he was close to running, he's definitely going to be the next nominee in the future...

Next-to-next: See above...

Next-to-next-to-next: He ran this year, he's likely to run again...

1992: Bill Clinton

Next: Well Presidents are always likely re-nominees...

Next-to-next: The VP? Sure, why not?

Next-to-next-to-next: Senator of Massachusetts? Oh not another Massachusetts guy! Sad

1996: Bill Clinton

Next: Hope he's not like Mondale was to Carter...

Next-to-next: A vie, not again! Tongue

Next-to-next-to-next: A COMMUNITY ORGANIZER? ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?!

2000: Al Gore

Next: The Senator who was almost this guy's VP!

Next-to-next: Still a community organizer.... -_-

Next-to-next-to-next: So he's gonna be re-nominated?

2004: John Kerry

Next: The keynote speech guy! Heck yeah!

Next-to-next: He's gonna be renom'ed? YEAH!

2008: Barack Obama

Next: So he's a two termer? 'hope he's not like Clinton...

I'm tired right now... I'll do the Reps after I relax more...
