Definitely not. Historically, dictatorial but capitalist governments find it easier to transition to democracy than dictatorial socialist govts (ie, Spain, Portugal, Chile, South Korea, Taiwan, as compared to the former Soviet Union, the Balkans).

But there are no dictatorial socialist governments. Dictatorship and socialism cancel each other out.

Something like the Soviet Union wasn't truly socialist, despite what it called itself.

You know what? One of the funniest things is that TWO[/i] of the worst villains in my book are named Jake. I didn't even know there was a Jake on this website until after I already named the villains in my book Jake (which is not their name in real life).
