Change Research conducted the online survey, which sampled 436 Miami-Dade County voters. It ran from Sept. 14-17 and has a 4.7-point margin of error.

This might look weak for Biden, but not if he otherwise performs better among Whites than Hillary.

Change isn't a great pollster, that being said I think Biden will get 62% in Miami Dade county, a little lower than 64% that Clinton got

That looks quite good for Biden. Hard to see how he loses Florida if Trump can’t match DeSantis/Scott’s performance here.
