Good to hear......stay away from fast food excercise a bit and your overall heatlh will improve.
I've cut my fast food down to once a week as opposed to nearly every night. It has helped not only on my physical health, but its also cheaper.
I've also really increased my fruits. I'm having generally 1-2 fruits a day, which is still not where I need to be, but its better than what I have been doing.
I'm going to the grocery store tomorrow morning to stock up for the next couple weeks.
I've only lost about 3 1/2 pounds in the past two weeks, but that will come in time.
