For that matter, what does he even mean by 'secular'? Last I checked, all the justices are either Jewish or Catholic.

Secular means you support a separation of church and state. Which isn't an atheist-only belief, considering it's the most common interpretation of the 1st amendment.

But what does that have to do with Citizens United?
