Halperin has been a Trump lackey since primary season. Let's hope that Game Change 3 is worth all this humiliation he endures.

i find it hilarious that Halperin and Scarborough are uttering the words "ELITES" with any level of contempt, when Scarborough's whole god damn show is where the "elites" go to espouse BS talking points and Halperin spends all his time kissing the "elites" asses.

Joe's just an idiot with his fingers toiling in the wind.

He is the worst kind of idiot too, the one that doesn't realize he is an idiot.

Haven't we had enough articles by 'opinion forming' journalists (of all people) pontificating about morality?

True.

But Halperin is my least favorite journalist and it is about time some called this clown out.

Morning Joe is the most unwatchable political talk show. No one on that panel seems to have any goddam idea what they're talking about.

Halperin and Morning Joe types weren't necessarily 'in the tank' for Trump, if anything they were your typical center-right elites backing Jeb until Trump crushed him. I think that caused a lot of those pundits to question their ability to understand the electorate and many over-compensated and started thinking Trump was some sort of genius and all of their instincts were wrong. So even during the general election, this part of them keeps thinking 'maybe Trump knows something and has tapped into some part of America we don't understand' and they let that horserace journalism cloud over what he is doing to the country and the party they tend to prefer.

Others like Jennifer Rubin and David Brooks early on recognized what Trump was doing and called him out. There is going to be a lot of 'I told you so' stuff going on after the election.
