TPM's title is slightly misleading because Reid never said it was 'doomed,' but I think this is an indication of how things are right now.

It makes total sense for the Senate to focus only on passing bills that the GOP House will support.  Which leaves absolutely nothing - not one thing - on the Democratic agenda.  Democrats should really wait it out until they can retake the House and be able to get anything done.

Meanwhile, let the House pass as many Obamacare repeals and tax cuts for billionaires as they like.  At least it keeps them occupied.
