Well, it's ranked in terms of infraction "points" since Dave implemented the new system.  So HJ, who would be at hundreds, is actually in 3rd with 25, despite 71 posts where moderators [read: Lunar] were [read: was] compelled to act to maintain sanity...

It's distorted because of the time frame issues (you're not 4th btw).  Probably a better number to look at for the time being is the number of moderated posts you've had, and the number of times you've been placed on mod review or contacted by moderators.
