I cannot believe this could happen. I cannot believe that the GOP establishment would let this happen.
I also cannot believe a significant bloc of GOP Congressmen and Senators wouldn't be cold to Cruz and his candidacy, and work with a coalition of Democrats to stop the insane proposals Cruz may come up with from becoming law.
It's kind of ironic. Many of us rail at "insiders" and all of their power, perks, and privileges, but when it comes to electing a lunatic as President, we sure count of them to keep it from happening.
