This news is a few weeks old now, but I don't see it posted in the thread: Sasse is headed to Iowa on July 7th, where he will be the keynote speaker at a dinner for Story County Republicans:

Note that while the story says the event will be in "Nevada", that's Nevada the town in Iowa, not Nevada the state.

Two early primaries/caucuses in one! No point in holding an election, Sasse has this in the bag!

Warren was on Full Frontal, and when asked if she is running in 2020, she gave the, "I'm running in 2018 for Senate in Massachusetts" answer.
