Maduro is not President of Venezuela as far as I'm concerned. Atlasians forces intervened in the region few years ago :/

If I recall correctly Colombia invaded and overthrew Chavez during the rule of GM Purple State.
One of the many reasons we need a better way of keeping track of these things.
I was just checking his thread, and I'm surprised at those levels of activity in a GM, it's frankly astounding. Sadly, it doesn't seem like the storyline was properly resolved, and this is bound to have major butterflies by now... We really need to address this, either via Senate committee or an Institute committed to writing a full report on foreign policy changes since 2004.
I mean, there are many butterflies in Atlasia and Venezuela is just an enormous and huge one....
