I, too would identify with Ron Paul regardless of party. I cannot imagine him on a ticket with John McCain. I can't imagine McCain being on a ticket with Paul and certainly not as #2! Both men will be pretty long in the tooth by 2008 anyway.

Necessety leads to odd coupling.
Yes, age would be a problem.
Oh, well, what about a Jeff Flake/Unknown '08?
