Latest update for Policeman Zach Rolfe on trial for murder of young aboriginal man, Kumanjayi Walker, 19, in the town of Yuendumu, Northern Territory.

Kumanjayi had been swinging an axe at Police in the days before his arrest and stabbed an Officer with a pair of scissors shortly before being shot dead.

That footage is quite confusing.  I was just reading about this and found it interesting. From what was being read I don't think this case would even be brought to trial in the US

here's the actual video, yeah looks like totally clear cut self defense of another cop here. Is this normal to charge a cop for such a situation here?
