So, do these new registrations get picked up in the polls? Are they significant enough to not be hidden by MoE?

So, do these new registrations get picked up in the polls? Are they significant enough to not be hidden by MoE?

I would imagine that polling companies would compensate for this by making sure blacks are a bigger part of the electorate than they were in 2004.
