FURTHERED HELP WITH BILLS RESOLUTION

1. Should no Delegate or designated officer in the Chamber of Delegates motion on an item or debate an item, the Governor may end debate and commence a final vote should there be no active debate or motion for a period of 24 hours.

2. Should the Governor’s legislative slots not be filled, the Governor shall have the authority to introduce legislation to the Chamber of Delegates only in said slots.

3. This shall take effect immediately upon passage.
