I like the idea of one four-year term; it would encourage Presidents to do more governing and not squander 75% of their first term because they're triangulating for re-election.

The problem with this is that first off if a president is doing a good job they are denied a chance to continue, the second is without elections to worry about and only four years, we may get more and more insane candidates unrestrained by having elections to worry about.
