A couple of months ago, some people felt that Baltimore mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, was widely seen as a potential candidate for governor in 2018 to face Gov. Larry Hogan. Now, with the death of Freddie Gray and her response to it, can she make a credible run for governor in 2018?
