She's been positioning herself for a run for a long time. The power base in the MD Dems has really shifted away from Bawlmer as of late, though. On a personal note, she's pretty bleh for me.

Why? He's approaching that age and has been in politics for a long time.
Age only matters for wine and cheeses, dude. Cardin is happy where he is.
