Tim Canova. Or, if we're bringing back some old guys, Howard Dean.
You do realize Canova is running a losing race for DWS' house seat, not for DNC chair. Even if he did win, why on earth would he be elected DNC chair as a freshman? That position requires connections to fundraisers and legislators that he just won't have.

I think someone like Tom Perriello would be great.  Or maybe Gabrielle Giffords.
As much as I admire Gabby Giffords, I think even she would acknowledge she likely couldn't handle the job of DNC chair.
