I don't agree that any of the things that OP mentioned were criminal conspiracies.
But to take the OP's question seriously, it seems very unlikely that Mueller's investigation would implicate anyone in the Democratic Party since Mueller's original mandate was to look into possible coordination between Trump's campaign and the Republican Party. And while Mueller's areas of investigation have expanded somewhat (much like the investigation into Clinton, which started with Whitewater), he's only indicted former Trump campaign officials and Russian nationals so far.
