Garnder would likely be considered in a veepstakes.
He's the party's best bet in a key swing state (the tipping point state of 2012.) With four years in the House and two in the Senate, he's qualified. He's young, so he can be part of an effort to rebrand the party. And he shouldn't upset conservatives.
A lot depends on how his first two years in the Senate go. He's more likely to be Veep if he's well-known than if he's an anonymous newcomer.
