It's time for a female Prime Minister.
Sadly, Italy is for now devoid of any prominent female politician.
That is sad. But If Germany could do it why not Italy.
Keep in mind that, for the last decade, the best opportunities of a political career for a woman were offered through providing Berlusconi with certain kind of "services". Not exactly the best method to recruit Prime Ministerial material... 
Why not? At least she'll be a looker.
I am ready to believe "Ruby" would be a far more competent prime minister than Silvio ever was, anyways.
