Anyway, while I disagaree with the decision, I respect the conservative approach (steady, well-reasoned change).
Considering this bill legalized recreational marijuana and then created a commission on how to implement it I don't think it could be any more conservative/reasoned.
Legalizing it for medical reasons with enough regulations to make sure that it is a viable experimental therapy for those who need it but also doesn't become a mockery of the law like it became in California?
