It might, if Edwards is really serious about being the nominee.  He could bash Kerry about his liberal voting record, the republicans eagerness to face him and not Edwards, and Kerry's flip-flopping on issues.  

Yet, something tells me he wont.  I really think its possible this is Edwards' VP tour, just introducing himself.
