I don’t think you understand how important this district is in terms of suburban swing. Give Biden this single vote in the 538 simulator and his chances shoot up to 98.

Mentioned before on one of these UNLV polls that these polls are just a grad student (with no survey experience) project and they're using Qualtrics so the quality is pretty poor.
