Though as the article notes, Northam's outreach probably hasn't best taken advantage of any potential enthusiasm, and that elections material issue that kept Fairfax off definitely doesn't help.

Either way it'll be interesting to see what African American turnout looks like next week.

Why?  It would be absolutely horrible and have incredibly serious ramifications for redistricting.

Yes, black turnout will definitely be a thing to look out for not just in Virginia, but I'm also interested in New Jersey as well.
