I'm surprised we don't hear more( or any really) buzz around Huckabee. Well known, ran for president twice without having a scandal derail his campaign, and has full heartedly backed Trump in recent days. Plus he at least used to be rather likable with his aw shucks persona. One could do worse.

Not that this probably means anything, but I was watching Hannity earlier and he's pulling hard for Gingrich. Seemed pretty dismissive of Pence as well, as did the rest of the panel. He's probably Trump's biggest backer at FOX so that might factor into who he decides to go with if he's listening to his friendly media.
