On the contrary, I think he will concede tonight. It makes sense that he'd concede and endorse Hillary by video because the optics would be absolutely terrible if he did it in front of a horde of crazed supporters who can't take no for an answer.

Actually that does make sense.  His rally supporters have become a bit too fervent and deluded into thinking this is a convention floor fight to accept the concession peacefully.

That's putting it mildly.
