I am saying up until the sun rises before turning in.... Im considerned about the IV rays that cause skin cancer...will SPF will I need for protetion

I don't think sunrise is really something that calls for SPF protection unless you have very sensitive skin. It seems more like a heat-of-the-day thing for me, after it starts to get warmer. I'm not a dermatologist, though.
