Cook county is all she needs, along with East St Lous, Decatur and Carbondale, she has plenty of blacks

Bill Daley and machine politics are in play here. Daley was commerce Secretary in Bill Clinton cabinet. Latinos supported Daley too. Eventhough they're in Cicero. Clinton wont miss Blacks. She also has Guiterrez endorsement.
